BEFORE MOVING IN / GETTING KEYS:
Request all Utilities to be placed into your name.
NOTE: Some utilities may only be started on weekdays and require 48 hour advance notice.
Secure $300K of liability Renter’s Insurance . Please check with your insurance company.
If an "additional insured" is requested, you may list "Cannon Properties of the Carolinas LLC".
Email is our most preferred communication form, but please ensure you have our phone number (843-213-6103) in your contacts to call us for emergencies! Please do not text Jeff or CPC directly.
Please confirm with us once you have completed these requests.
OTHER FEES & DEPOSITS / MOVE-IN DAY:
The following payments will be required on move-in day at the time of the key exchange.
$300 - Move in Fee (non-refundable) (Covers cleaning, lock changes and administrative fees)

AFTER MOVE IN:
MAINTENANCE:
Ensure you know where all key utility outlets (i.e. main water valve) are in case of an emergency!
Please familiarize yourself with our Maintenance policies.
PAYMENTS:
All future payments must be made through our Resident Center. See our Payment page for more information.
INSPECTION:
Upon move-in, a rental inspection form must be completed.
This completed form must be turned in to Cannon Properties within two (2) weeks of move-in.

MAIL & POOL KEY (IF APPLICABLE):
We will provide you with the current mail key. If you would like it changed, you may go to your address's assigned US Post Office and they will change the lock and give you a free new key. You must bring a copy of your lease as proof of address.
To obtain a pool and / or clubhouse key, the HOA requires a copy of the lease plus additional forms completed. There may be additional nominal fees depending on the HOA. Please contact us to get further information.
