HOAs

Several of our properties are in communities which are part of an HOA. Tenants must agree to abide by covenants and bylaws of the Homeowner’s Association. Any violations could result in fees that would be the responsibility of the tenant. More than one violation could result in eviction.

HOA rules include, but not limited to:

• Regular lawn maintenance
• Only properly tagged vehicles parked on property
• No basketball goals facing street
• Appropriate community cooperation

Renters may wish to subscribe to the HOA communications to receive the latest news on their community.

Several of these communities have pools. If you have issues with your pool key, please contact the HOA to get a replacement. Initial key is included and provided at move-in. Tenant is responsible for additional replacement keys and fees.
