Pets

PET POLICY:

We do permit pets, however, we do require a additional fees to cover any damages.

Pet Fees:

• INITIAL FEE: $200 Initial NON-refundable fee

• MONTHLY: + PLUS $40 Monthly Fee (1st Pet) + $15 / month each additional pet.

Residents agree to the following terms and conditions in exchange for permission to keep a pet:

• Keep pet under control at all times.

• Keep pet restrained, but not tethered, when it is outside dwelling.

• Not to leave pet unattended for any unreasonable periods.

• Dispose of pet's droppings properly and quickly.

• Keep pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and will remedy immediately any complaints.

• Transfer pet's offspring within eight weeks of birth.

• Pay immediately for any damage, loss, or expense caused by pet.
