PET FEES:
INITIAL FEE: $200 Initial NON-refundable fee
MONTHLY: + PLUS $40 Monthly Fee (1st Pet) + $15 / month each additional pet.

PET POLICIES:
Residents agree to the following terms and conditions in exchange for permission to keep a pet:
Pets are a large financial responsibility. Ensure you are able to continue paying all bills while caring for your pet.
Keep pet under control at all times.
Keep pet restrained, but not tethered, when it is outside dwelling.
Not to leave pet unattended for any unreasonable periods.
Dispose of pet's droppings properly and quickly.
Keep pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and will remedy immediately any complaints.
Transfer pet's offspring within eight weeks of birth.
Pay immediately for any damage, loss, or expense caused by pet.
UNDISCLOSED PETS: $200 Fine. Plus monthly pet fees and possible eviction

NOTICE: Emotional Support Animals are not Service Dogs:
Service dogs are trained to perform specific tasks that directly assist individuals with disabilities. Service dogs have specific rights under the law allowing them to be exempt from a pet fee.
While we love Emotional Support Animals, ESAs are not exempt and will be charged the pet fee.
